September Be Well Activity - Thumbs Up & Suicide Prevention
Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the United States, disproportionately impacting younger age groups. To help remove the stigma around suicide and mental health issues, this month Cretex is part of the Thumbs Up 11th Annual 5K & 10K Run/Walk/Bike event. Participate in Thumbs Up or take advantage of one of the many other free mental health resources available to help you keep your whole self healthy: body, mind and spirit.
